Terms of Service
General Terms and Conditions for services provided by Wender Media through friseur.marketing.
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all business relationships between the Provider and the Client. Deviating terms of the Client are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
The contractual language is German. English translations are provided for convenience only; in case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
2. Services
The Provider offers digital marketing services for hair salons, including but not limited to website creation, search engine optimization, social media management, Google Ads campaigns, email marketing, and consulting services. The specific scope of services is defined in the individual contract or service agreement.
3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed upon written confirmation by the Provider or upon commencement of the services. Offers by the Provider are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. The Provider accepts payment by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, and installment financing.
5. Term and Cancellation
The minimum contract term is 3 months. After the minimum term, the contract can be cancelled monthly with 30 days notice to the end of a calendar month. Cancellation must be made in writing (email is sufficient).
6. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Halle (Saale), Germany, insofar as the Client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
