Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of services if the Provider has fully performed the service and the performance of the service was begun only after the consumer gave express consent and acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract was fully performed.
